President

Michael Dixson

Michael has over 15 years of experience in retail, multifamily, and master planned development construction, franchising, and business administration. An entrepreneur at heart, Michael founded PDG, Inc (Prestige Development Group) in 2007 and has since grown the company to become a leading development firm in the Southwest.

Development Coordinator

Jasmine Esnayder

Jasmine Esnayder is a Development Coordinator. Her role at the company is to coordinate all the many obstacles that help close a deal. She aspires to grow with the company and someday become a junior developer. Jasmine enjoys traveling, trying new food and reading.

Designer

Christian Alvarado

Hello! My name is Christian Alvarado, I am the Designer at Prestige Development Group. I am from San Marcos, TX. I recently picked up rock climbing as a hobby. I like listening to all kinds of music, from The Strokes, all the way to the Funk Metal band Primus. All-in-all I enjoy discovering new kinds of content whether it be music, video games, architecture, etc.

Controller

Jessica Portillo

Jessica currently works as a Controller for Prestige Development Group, handling large volume development projects in Texas and New Mexico. She specializes in preparing asset, liability, and capital account management. In addition, her other duties include payroll and overall operations of the company. Her experience working with both corporations as well as individual clients has allowed her to easily navigate the financial world in the Development industry.
